Olivia started recruiting for Burnett’s Staffing in 2015 where she worked in Burnett’s North Arlington branch. As a result of her ability to lead and develop others, Olivia was promoted to Branch Manager in 2017 of the South Fort Worth branch. Olivia’s team won Branch of the Year in 2019 for their top performance. Olivia loves working with her clients to help them secure the top talent they are seeking as well as helping others advance in their chosen professions. Olivia has won numerous awards in her career including the Personal Growth award, 2019 Employee of the Year, and was also one of the first employees to win Burnett’s Big Check Lotto competition. Olivia was born and raised in Dallas-Fort Worth. She studied Business Administration and Management at Midwestern State University where she earned her degree. In her spare time, she can be found playing with her son, making jewelry, or reading a new book.
