Nikki “Sunshine” Howard started her career with Burnett’s in 2018 and has bled purple ever since! Nikki earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree. She has a servant leader’s heart and a passion for helping others. Nikki takes pride in leading and developing a team of recruiters that are tomorrow’s future leaders. With her outgoing “Sunshine” personality, she is all about creating relationships that are built to last. In 2021, Nikki won the company’s Employee of the Year award for her selfless contributions to the Burnett’s team. In her spare time, Nikki enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and entertaining family and friends in her home along with spending quality time with her husband, Tony, son, Jordan, and 3 grandsons-JaKhael, Jordan Jr, and Jrue!
