Employer – FAQ

We go to work for you for FREE unless we find you the employee(s) you wish to hire. Once finding you the right employee(s) you wish to hire, we charge an hourly rate for the employee(s) work for Temp or Temp to Hire placement and for Direct Hire placement, we charge a one-time fee per placement.

Once our temporary employee has worked at least 520 hours for you, they can become your permanent employee without a fee!
You don’t owe us anything for our time! We work on a contingency basis to ensure your hiring success.
