What do you charge employers for your services?
We go to work for you for FREE unless we find you the employee(s) you wish to hire. Once we find you the right employee(s) you wish to hire, we charge an hourly rate for the employee(s) work for Temp or Temp to Hire placement, and for Direct Hire placement, we charge a one-time fee per placement.

Once hiring someone through Burnett’s, how long do I have to wait to convert a temporary employee to my payroll?
Once our temporary employee has worked at least 520 hours for you, they can become your permanent employee without a fee!
What if I utilize your service to find an employee and I change my mind or hire another employee on my own?
You don’t owe us anything for our time! We work on a contingency basis to ensure your hiring success.
