Karen

Karen started her career with Burnett’s Staffing in 2007 as a Staffing Assistant and was promoted to Recruiter shortly thereafter in 2008.  Karen stepped away from the role to raise her four children and later rejoined the Burnett’s team in 2017.  With Karen’s experience and passion for serving others, she was awarded the Rookie of the Year award in 2017. She was quickly promoted to Senior Recruiter for her production.  Karen is a 2-time award winner of the Burnett’s Staffing, Be Honest Core Value Award voted on by her peers and a member of the Leadership team at Burnett’s.  Karen’s leadership shines when she is mentoring and training others. Her ability to listen and genuinely connect with her candidates and clients is what sets her apart.
