Shelley Caldwell began her career with Burnett’s Staffing in 2011 as a Recruiter and has steadily advanced through the organization thanks to her dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence. Over the years, she has been promoted to Senior Recruiter, Team Manager, and ultimately Senior Manager, where she leads a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional staffing solutions to clients throughout the DFW area.
Throughout her career, Shelley has earned numerous accolades, including Top Producer awards, multiple Burnett’s Trip Challenge wins, and leading her team to be to one of our most successful teams. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping both clients and candidates achieve their goals. Whether she’s assisting a company in finding top talent or helping a job seeker take the next step in their career, Shelley is driven by the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
Outside of work, Shelley enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their Goldador, Molly May.
