Heather’s journey is a true testament to the growth opportunities available at Burnett’s. After graduating from the University of North Texas, she joined our team as a Staffing Assistant. Her dedication and talent quickly propelled her into the role of Recruiter, where she continued to shine. Heather’s passion for numbers and process led her into our accounting department, where she served as Accounting Manager before being promoted to Controller—a role she now leads with excellence, overseeing our entire accounting department and support squad.
Heather’s story reflects the heart of Burnett’s culture: we believe in recognizing hard work, promoting personal growth, and giving people opportunities to prove themselves. Her rise through the ranks is a powerful example of what’s possible when hard work meets opportunity.
