Casey began her career with Burnett’s Staffing in 2019 in Business Development and was promoted to Manager in 2022. She has built her career around helping businesses find great talent and connecting candidates with opportunities that align with their skills, goals, and potential.
Her areas of expertise include business development, recruiting and talent acquisition, client partnerships, relationship building, team leadership, and matching people with opportunities where their skills and career goals align with the needs of the business.
Throughout her career, Casey has been recognized as Marketer of the Month 15+ times and has received several company core value awards, including the Serve Others Award, Grow Personally Award, Competitive Excellence Award, and Accountable Award.
As a leader, Casey is passionate about serving others and helping her team grow personally and professionally. She believes in leading by example, encouraging those around her to step outside their comfort zones, and creating an environment where people feel supported, motivated, and empowered to succeed.
Casey is a people person who values authenticity, communication, and trust. She believes strong relationships are built by doing what you say you’re going to do and genuinely caring about the people you work with. Her goal is to continue growing, serving others, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of both her team members, clients, and candidates.
Outside of work, Casey is a mom of three who stays busy cheering on her kids at their sports and activities. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, being near the water, health and fitness, trying new places, and living in the moment.
