Cassie made her mark in Dallas by joining the Burnett’s team in 2021. Before making waves with us, Cassie curated dream vacations as a Luxury Travel Advisor in her Upstate New York college town, cultivating not just her love for travel but, more importantly, the joy she could bring to others. Transitioning seamlessly into recruiting, Cassie brought her infectious personality, drive to succeed, and a genuine commitment to changing lives. Acknowledged for her hard work, she earned her place on our Leadership team, providing steadfast support to her team, candidates, and clients. Wrapping up her first year at Burnett’s, Cassie received multiple awards, including Rookie of the Year 2022 and the esteemed Compete award, voted on by her team. She even achieved a milestone, joining the 100 Lives Changed Club within a calendar year! Notably, in 2023, she clinched the Serve Others Award, was voted on by her peers, and earned a well-deserved promotion to Senior Recruiter based on her exceptional production. Cassie, a cat enthusiast with Zoey and Finley as her sidekicks, explores new coffee spots every weekend. Her mission? Spreading positivity and facilitating others’ growth.
