Shelley, CSP

Shelley Caldwell started her career with Burnett’s Staffing in 2011 as a Recruiter. After much hard work, Shelley was promoted to Senior Recruiter in 2014. Shortly thereafter she was promoted to Branch Manager of the Arlington team for her leadership ability. Shelley’s team earned the Branch of the Year award in 2018, she has won Top Producer, and won the Burnett’s Trip Challenge numerous times over the past decade. In 2022, Shelley was promoted once more to Senior Manager for leading her team to top production.  Making a difference in the lives of those around her has always been her driving force! Shelley enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, and their labradane, Abby.
