Here are a few tips to keep your business in front of the competition when it comes to attracting and retaining talent.
• Communicate Your Purpose: Create a company culture that is true to your purpose. People want to be a part of something they have confidence in as well as something they can believe in! Voice your company’s purpose beyond profits and only hire talent who align with your purpose first and foremost. When you have a great place to work, it’s easy for your staff to promote to people in their network about your opening. Remember, good people know other good people.
The top companies are always looking for and hiring top talent even when there may not be an official opening. They cannot afford NOT to hire the right person. Bottom Line: Talent is hard to find. When you find talent, be sure and move on them before the competition does.
