How to Rehire Talent That Slipped Away

Work with your marketing department to plan a marketing approach that changes 2-3 times per year, keeping the core themes consistent while updating and upgrading the approach and methods. It’ll help you grab the attention of candidates who may have forgotten that you were once on their “most wanted employer” list.
