Weekly Pay
When you work with Burnett’s, you serve as our contract employee and we pay you every Thursday for the past week’s hours. We offer direct deposit as well as standard checks!
Holiday and Vacation Time
If you worked 500 hours with Burnett’s in the quarter prior, you are eligible to take New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day off with pay! If you work 1600 hours per year, you’re also eligible for five days of paid vacation.
401k Plan
If you work over 1000 hours in a calendar year and meet other eligibility requirements, you can earn extra money through our 401k Plan.
Recognition Programs
We have many great recognition programs for our temporary and temp-to-hire employees! One exciting way is, when you work with us on a temporary assignment and you complete the required hours, we celebrate your efforts by sending our “Star Patrol” to present you with a special shining star award.
